Welcome to Dragon’s Den Elite Combat Sports and Self Defense

Creating A Safe Space For You And Your Family During Covid-19

Dragon’s Den Elite Combat Sports has the safety of you and your family in mind when it comes to participating with us. We have placed signage in strategic places to remind everyone of the social responsibility we all share towards one another.

We practice in a safe training environment including, limited class sizes in keeping a safe distance from others with the recommended 6′ social distancing guideline, providing adequate disinfecting agents to clean hands often and disinfect frequently touched surfaces in the facility, posting reminder signs about not touching your eyes, nose or mouth while training and even providing our members to purchase custom training masks should they choose to train with them as additional safety. We have a procedural requirement for all members prior to entering our safe space and NO MEMBER or PERSON will be allowed to gain access if they have symptoms that may put our healthy members at risk. We are doing everything we can to give you and your family the confidence to participate with us in a clean, socially responsible safe space for fun, fitness and continued learning on some of the best martial and combative sport programs in the area.

Since the beginning Dragon’s Den Elite has endeavoured to provide the very best of personal, family and occupational self protection strategies to its many members. Back then we were inclined to provide a traditional method that most would have considered a facility in which to acquire such skills. But with the changing times and to better reflect the modern concepts of what we have offered for three decades our new name, Dragon’s Den Elite Combat Sports and Self Defense will acknowledge that. Your best choice for practical self protection, fitness and inspiring confidence will always remain, only the name has changed.

Boxing

Boxing is great for developing a strong core, great cardio, strong legs, and good overall muscle co-ordination. Many students come to develop their striking abilities for self-defense, yet others are more interested in the fitness and weight loss benefits that ‘the sweet science’ has to offer.

Muay Thai - Kickboxing

Easy to learn for beginners, Muay Thai Kickboxing is a total body and cardio workout that develops kicks, punches, knees, and elbows into an efficient striking system. It is the ultimate style to develop self-defence skills and confidence, while also inducing healthy weight loss and fitness.

NO-Gi Jiu Jitsu

A complete self-defense system and fitness program, No Gi Jiu Jitsu is a combat sport, martial art, and self-defense system that focuses on ground fighting. The objective is to neutralize and control a much larger opponent with leverage and technique, rather than strength.
