Regarding the latest developments with closures for gyms and related fitness facilities and taking the best advice from the provincial and national medical department heads, we have decided to continue the closure of Dragon’s Den Elite|Ocean City Boxing effective March 31st, 2020 until April, 30th, 2020 due to COVID-19. We shall continue to monitor the latest news regarding the pandemic.

As a certified training facility with the Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu Association our members get some of the best brazilian jiu jitsu training in the community. I wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you during this challenging time, and I hope that you and your family are safe and well.
I have thought so much over the last few weeks on what I could do to help any and all schools and student out there during these hard times. I see a huge need out there right now to keep students engaged and our jiu-jitsu community to come together.
We created a free group on Facebook where I am personally teaching live classes each day for kids and adults for my Carlos Machado Jiu-Jitsu Association schools and I decided I am going to open it up to all schools for FREE.
This is an affiliation-less, comes-as-you-are, Facebook group for the Jiu-Jitsu community to share activities, techniques, and drills with each other.

Here is a workout that you can do that covers both a boxing or dutch style kickboxing regiment with the use of your hand tools. Do the workout with,
3,5,8 or 10 rounds w/ 2 or 3 min/rds
30 or 60 seconds ‘rest’ intervals with a standard plank variation.
